Hire car at airport - woman's legs get out, man's legs get in. Followed by a sequence driving along lots of roads filmed from the car behind![]() Green/white is Riley Elf but no better view. |

Why a Riley Elf and not a Wolseley Hornet ? |

Not an absolute rule but pretty well all Elf two-tone colour schemes had white roof, but very few Hornet schemes did - their two-tones were usually other colours. Plus there's a very blurry background glimpse of the front somewhere else in Stornoway which looked Elf-ish - and made me wonder if it was another crew car. |

If anyone is interested there's a Vauxhall Viva -maybe for sale- located nearby 130rapid's home, owned by a bloke with incdredible phantastic ideas about the prices for two K 70-wrecks: http://otomoto.pl/volkswagen-inny-k-70-C34922585.html http://otomoto.pl/volkswagen-inny-k70-C34922690.html plus an Audi 60, a R4 and something old with French plates (a French Ford from the early 50ies?) |

Thank you DSL. I photographed a Wolseley Hornet Mk III in a quite similar or same green with a wgite or ivory roof. I was back in 1984 in Eaton. -- Last edit: 2014-12-07 20:30:24 |
