@bux48 is the chassis code wrong as listed?

According to this: http://www.x1-9.it/motorizzazioni10.htm
[128AS] was for the 1.3, [138AS] for the 1.5, [138BS] for US specs catalyzed ones

Changing as the chassis code says it is not [138AS/BS].

But, being a 1980 can't be a 1.3, indeed this should be a 1.5..
I think this is a borderline case: as I said here /vehicle.php?id=1463884, on pre-VIN Italian cars (I believe also the others) there were two numbers, the chassis code and the engine code. I see that on older ones we use the engine code to split different motors or versions. I know this one has a VIN (even if it's not a 1981), but I believe for the ones at the turn of the change from chassis number to the VIN would be better to use the previous way? Because, currently also early ones are mostly listed as [138AS] even if according to the source I linked would be wrong at least for first series 1.3 ones whether we consider the chassis code or the engine code.
Hope I've explained myself.. ;)
What do the others think? @electra225 @AleX_DJ @130rapid

Looks like a 1.5 to me - bumper, higher engine cover.

Glass's list codes for UK as 128AS (1300, properly available here from Jan 77 from chassis 00056000 after confused arrival of a few earlier ones) and 128AS1 (1500, Oct 78 onwards from chassis 00098171). Jan 80 chassis - 00121194, Jan 81 - 00136310, so 00134200 seems late 80.

Interesting information, dsl ;) anyway this one, being a 1980 and 5 speed, is a 1500 indeed. If a late 1980 sequential number, that would explain why already has a 1981+ VIN :)

So this one should be [138AS] as motor code being a 1500, but [128AS] as chassis code as by VIN ;)
