When the 200 was replaced the 190 in late 1965 (as of 1966 MY) it got two extra chrome strips at the rear. Hence I rather believe this is a 1966-68 Mercedes-Benz 200 [W 110.010] http://wiki.mercedes-benz-classic.com/index.php/Kategorie:W110/W111/W112 .
