On the search for that location /vehicle_802848-Standard-Vanguard-1950.html I've found a Wiki-page about this movie: /vehicle_802848-Standard-Vanguard-1950.html At "Goofs" it's written, that the "policemen" wear 1960ies British police-uniforms - but helmets with George VI-crests (since 8 years outdated at the time of filming)

dsl ◊ 2015-04-03 01:19	The plate matches a London issue, "allocated in blocks" July 59 to July 60. So if fake (which seems probable), it's a pretty good attempt. E*R should be the Royal Mail logo, but I don't think they did their bikes like this (although open to better info).
