This very unusual Austin is more 1934/5 than 1927, and has a strange body which I do not believe is a Harley or a Sherbourne. My guess is that it was originally built as a provincial (not London) taxicab or hire car on a low-loader taxicab chassis. Note the division between driver and passengers.
