 I think these are all the same car in different sequences, and some at least look Model Y

Sept-Oct 35 Essex plate - so possibly factory registered - and may be the £100 Popular launched that month.

 It is certainly a "long rad" Model Y, whether or not a £100 model is not clear, but the painted windscreen surround may be a clue.
