Stevil101 ◊ 2017-12-06 19:41	It seems to me like the plastic bumpers became an option in 1988 or something like that. Because I tried looking up the 1987 model year to see if that was an option yet, but from what I've seen, it looked to me like it was only an option from 1988 to 1990.
