He didn't quite *hate* the car, but he didn't like it much either. He said it wasn't a bad car, but "overall, a disappointment". |

So did I. But like the Land Rover Grotesque, it's a hugely over-rated concept. Car introduced Sept 90, but got red inserts to bumpers and side mouldings in Jan 91 so this is one of the first. Essex plates .... -- Last edit: 2012-03-22 23:30:24 |

And a lot of it (seeing Clarkson's hair in old Top Gear episodes always raises a smile) I watched an anniversary special episode on Youtube where the presenters look back on the show and Clarkson said this was one of the cars he was completely "wrong" about ie. it sold very well.
