1963 full-size. It looks like a proper Widetrack US Pontiac as opposed to a Canadian model: Catalina, Star Chief, or Bonneville. |

As Cougar pointed out, this is a full-sized Pontiac. GTO is out. |

A badly enlarged picture of the banner car in the wrong aspect ratio is not going to help us - especially when the banner car is a 66. Diplomatic plate. 24 - Bolivia. -- Last edit: 2022-03-25 16:25:52 |

Of course it won't help. But the same car is used in the design of the site ![]() -- Last edit: 2022-03-26 08:29:18 |

In his defense, I'm not sure what made me so confident 6.5 years ago. Looking again now I'm not sure I could confidently say based on the track. The wipers, however, are another matter. Left hand drive Canadian '63 Pontiacs had Chevrolet-like parallel wipers, whereas most (popular option on lower models like Catalina, standard on higher models) Americans (and right hand drive markets like Australia) had opposed wipers like we see here. ![]() |
