Its not a Bedford MW however.

what about this beeing an ambulance like Austin K2 by roof portion but 4x4 CMP chassis ?

The bonnet side panels are very similar to Bedford OY (more so than the Bedford MW) but the top shape is not parallel as in the flat-nosed Bedfords. In fact it looks more pointed than an Austin K2.

^ That is actually a Bedford MW and the wheel-arch intrusion in the cab is different (less than the movie vehicle).

The bonnet and side panels in the foreground do not belong to the truck, I think.

The driving position alongside and forward of the wheel-arch, with a very short front bonnet section, rather suggest some form of Canadian CMP as commented by rjluna2.

It is a rare Guy Quad Ant artillery tractor with the 'Beetle Back' bodywork cut away , just enough left to ID it.
Most were lost at Dunkirk .

It was the wheels that I recognised , the bodywork ID's it as the artillery tractor , there was also a GS version and in these pics you can see the dashboard -
