*P.S. Does it have the holder for the convoi-flag? And the leashes around the windows for the covers?

 A flag, yes, but in a convoi the first car would use a blue flag and the last one a green flag.

That's not really correct ;) All vehicles except the last one, which has a green flag, have blue flags, not just the first one.

No, it's a NATO-rule (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Standardization_Agreement , STANAG 2154 to be precise), not a country-specific law.

 Fwiw, see at 14 d 2 (b) page 14, travelling in the Netherlands requires a blue flag on each vehicle. Also in Germany? Your link shows me just a listing.

I've found only the German Wiki-text about convois: Link to "de.wikipedia.org"

Ah, it's said, that in Norway and Italy specific signs at the front and the end of a convoi are mandatory, instead of the flags (except those for the first and the last vehicle)

 You also find the German requirement for flags on each vehicle here: "In Deutschland besteht diese zusätzliche Auflage für NATO-Kolonnen daraus, dass nicht nur das erste Fahrzeug die blaue Flagge führt, sondern alle Kolonnenteilnehmer außer dem letzten (bereits grün beflaggten) die blaue Flagge zu zeigen haben."
