As this truck shows all details that were on both late White-Freightliner models and 1977+ Freightliner ones (1971+ 3-column grille, recessed step under the door, built-in door handle in the lower right part of the door...), saying one make over the other is almost impossible without a clear view of what is written in the logo above the grille. If this truck is kept as White-Freightliner model as default, then it should have the WFT model name. 7564 would stand for a 75"/1.90 m BBC cab and a 6x4 drivetrain. I'm not sure that a 75" cab can be seen here, and saying that this truck has a tandem rear axle could be no more than a guess.
