Following Zuckerfabrik page it's too old for using brand 'Simca-Fiat'. S.I.M.C.A was established on November 1934. However this car was assembled in France (for 1932) and sold as 'Balilla 6CV'. |

Two remarks, if you permit me: 1. According to http://www.simca-fiat.info/simca-fiat/Balilla/balilla.html the car was never sold under the name of "Balilla" in France, even before the setting of SIMCA. First sold as Fiat 508, then as Fiat 6CV. 2. What makes you think that the scene shown is set in France? Two of the "sketches" of this movie were made in Italy, I wouldn't be surprise (without checking, cause I don't have it) that this excerpt comes from one of the two. |

Oh, indeed, seems Balilla was sold as "6 CV Fiat francaise'. Pity we have any shop on this street to confirm French or Italian location. |
