 As already said by Brigham27, a Dodge 50 (Dodge 50 Series in the IMCDb). The (1981?-93) Renault version would have the lozenge logo.

According to Wikipedia (see my 3rd link above), a period of hesitation occurred before the rebranding:
Quote The transition to Renault branding was slightly muddied by some vehicles bearing both a Dodge name and a Renault-diamond badge.


Old and new front faces were concerned, so it apparently started before 1987:
