This is not the Terminator rig, that truck had a Holmes 750 wrecker body, this appears to be a Don Heins stickboom, built in Bakersfield, CA by Don Heins' company, South Union Body Works, they built some of the finest custom built wreckers on the west coast. |

The "75" in "WFT-7564" stands for the length of the cab. So if it were a WFT-7564, it would have a 75-inch cab, which it doesn't have. The cab looks way too long to be a 75-inch. It's probably an 86-inch cab. So rather a White-Freightliner WFT-8664. |

Not to be rude but would it be possible to link to a comparison shot of the cab lengths? I will change this one based off your other credible and detailed posts. Thanks in advance. |

Of course, no worries. Here's a little comparison. Sorry for the subpar image quality. 63-Inch Daycab (WFT-63(42/62/64(T) 75-Inch Cab (WFT-75(42/62/64(T) 86-Inch Cab (WFT-86(42/62/64(T) ![]() ![]() ![]() -- Last edit: 2022-11-07 19:51:04 |
