August 1934 onwards Bedford WTL (3 ton 157" long wheelbase Truck semi forward control). It looks to be the standard Bedford dropside lorry. The first Bedford four wheel drive truck I believe was the 1941 Bedford QL 3-Ton 4x4 Truck for Ministry of Supply, (143" wheelbase). In development before 1939 but only ordered by the war department after 1940. |
