Probably MYR 961 again - as suggested here. |

Found on eBay, 'XYG 286'. It appears to be this actual 1952 Bedford as being sold on eBay, (the registration 'MYR 961' is a floater seen on Lomas and Spurling ambulances). Link to "www.ebay.co.uk" ![]() |

I'm having to reassess if it at actually is a K-type chassis because it's rather unusual in being advertised as a MLZ on eBay (which I discounted because of the simpler disc K-type wheels). Bedford ambulances were commonly on the KZ chassis however 'XYG 286' does look to have a considerably longer M-type chassis, therefore I tend to agree with the eBay description. |

Now found that according to A Pictorial Review of Lomas Ambulances chassis type Bedford KZ ML2 was used on some (or many?) 1950s ambulances so a K-type on an M-type length chassis. |
