Door handle blurry, but I thibk I can spot 1962+ taillights, 1963+ missing Wolfsburg badge, and 1964+ cream and black (no longer colour matched) rims - yes @ingo, I know) 1964 only?

Unfortunately the lighting is hard to tell the real color, but it would be either a 1960 Artic Beetle, 1961 Pastel Blue Beetle, or a 1964 Bahama Blue according to production colors. I'd say either 61 or 64. Taillights would distinguish.
