Typical for buses - we wait 10 years for our first Crossley Mancunian to appear, and then 2 come within a few days (although this one is not a Streamliner). VV 4179 is 1935 Northamptonshire plate and photo here. This bus - presumably same type but different destination panel format?? - seen immediately before (Rear view of VV 4179 for comparison) |

Northampton is a town therefore not Northampton City Transport but Northampton Corporation Transport. |

http://davidbeilby.zenfolio.com/p1030548459/h28fcca16#h28fcca16 English Electric coachwork. It appears to have suffered somewhat in use and has been camouflage painted on the roof, and drab colours on the side panels, usually light and mid grey matte finish. -- Last edit: 2016-06-07 13:14:28 |

I don't believe that listing the operator and fleet number in the extra info is necessary, providing this information in the comments would surely suffice. |

...true not strictly necessary; the general exception being the listing of London Transport bus classes and specific numbers where possible. |
