International Harvester Loadstar chassis. Body possibly by Thomas? (sometime before 1972) |

You know, DINA used to rebadge a lot of Internantional Harvester Loadstars(and a few Medium-Duty Ford F-Series trucks as well). I almost thought this might be one of them. I think one other you have on The A-Team page is. |

this is a rebadged loadstar you can see the black DINA badge front and center also you can just make out the side badging on the hood. I would say it is a 72 noting the signals (and lack of) 61 -67 had signals under headlights and on the fender but round on fender,in 67 the light under the headlight was removed never to be available again, 68-69 had rectangular on fender (at least here in canada) and all other years has the classic square right up into the fiberglass years to '89. the grill is the mexican answer to personalize without having to change much other than cosmetics - some later years they also changed the headlights from single to double and in the fiberglass years of 76-89 they made their own hood, as in the DINA 861 -- Last edit: 2009-06-07 20:23:06 |
