It looks to me to be an ex-military re-registered Standard 12hp Light Utility 'Tilly'; an early example I guess by the formed grille. Dates from 1938 with the earlier ones using the independant front suspension and civilian grille going to the RAF, given they were based on the 'Flying' Standards it seems appropriate. - Tilly Register. |
