 Yes, could be and hasn't side bars, so will be Zastava.

Edit 2011: It has to be Fiat, no suicide Zastavas were already not imported to Poland and in 1965 last Fiats 600 D were delivered with thrse new doors, not to mention that in the 60's Fiat was second most common brand in private import.
