I don't know the case of this Horch, but usually "Werks" is only half of the word, like "Werkskabrio", "Werksrennwagen" and it means that the convertible or racer are built by the factory itself (no external coachbuilders). So it's just an indication of the origin of the bodywork: built by Horch, not by e.g. Gläser, Baur, Worblaufen... |
