The wartime drama stylized to (semi)documentary, with heavy use of archive footages, many times with shots done by US corespondent Julien Bryan. The graphic contents included but with no dazzling. Many times it's hard to determine footages: fiction or archive? Noir, bleak & chary in effects/actors' play, yet impactful movie. Simply-excellent.
