...or Vixen "The 'Vixen' had forward control, and could carry a 30 seater body." http://www.historywebsite.co.uk/Museum/Transport/commercial/Guy/guyhistory6.htm Radiator badge size looks to be after 1946. A search on 'bus lists on the web' indicates Guy Vixens mostly registered between 1946-1949; about twenty 28-30 seat busses, one Wolf and one Otter. Between 1950 and 1955 very few Wolfs, Vixens and Otters are shown. However I guess not all bus fleets are represented -- Last edit: 2017-03-29 12:38:32 |

I don't think this is a bus, I think it's a tower wagon maybe redundant from a trolley bus operator. I wouldn't argue the Vixen/Otter either way. http://www.mtps.co.uk/tower.htm https://www.flickr.com/photos/trambo/3413615629 -- Last edit: 2017-03-29 13:22:45 |

Without seeing more a tower wagon is possible, however the up-swept side flash on the side looks more typical of a bus to me. |
