Then the chassis would be based on the Yuejin NJ 130, a copy of the GAZ 51 made in Nanjing: /vehicle_157973-Yuejin-NJ-130-1958.html IIRC China stopped importing Soviet vehicles in the 1960s, so the bus is too new to be built on an original GAZ 51 chassis. There's also the small matter of converting it to forward control. |
