 Bigger "squares" in the grille combined with the bigger hub caps should make this a 1968+ 280 S or SE [W 108].
(It doesn't have enough chrome around the windows to make it a [W 112].)

I'm not sure, but I believe it has the 1969+ flat head lights cover. Do I imagine that or can anyone confirm?
