KOS indicates Oświęcim county actually. Indeed, they're fake because of 4 (instead 5) digits after 3 letters. |

I'm not sure... Seems to be real plate partially covered by the sticker. "KOS" is in proper shape, also first digit - "5". And no, plates from Oświęcim can have 4 digits (in fact digit-letter-digit-digit) --> https://www.czerwonesamochody.com/details.php?image_id=5539 |

I had the impression the 'W' would have a lower center, and the '9' (along with 6) would have a straight line, not a curve attached to the 'circle' |
