Looks kind of like a late-1950's Chevrolet/GMC |

If I had to guess, I would say it is a 1956 Chevy or GMC |

Looks more like a 1955-57 cab front end than a 1958-59 one. If so, it cannot be anything else than a camper-converted Chevrolet Task-Force pickup, as the Blue Chip trucks (the GMC twins of the Task-Force trucks) had a "double mustache" grille from 1955 to 1957 which was visible from the side of the truck. But 1955-1957 Task-Force trucks were not "C-10" like in the later C/K-Series, just "3100" to "3800" models. Or "light-duty" trucks when not recognizables. And as the "Stepside" bed option was the only one available (i.e. not an option ) until 1958, is it pertinent to report it for this truck? ⇒ 1955 Chevrolet Task-Force Light-duty? -- Last edit: 2014-09-27 03:13:24 |
