1988 taxis had black trim, while the 1990 taxis did not |

THERE YOU ARE!! I've been trying to find you. I was going to tell you that this film is based on the life of a NYPD police officer named Bo Dietl. This film was loosely based on his life. Another film in this area was called 'One Tough Cop' (1998) Has anyone seen it? Can you upload it? |

I have heard of this film before, but I've never seen it. so, um...what do you mean about the black trim again? |

The picture is of stock footage of NYC traffic in 1992. The taxis were 1988 because of the black fleet trim. The ones with yellow fleet trim were 1990. |

I'm still confused, what do you mean by "yellow" or "white fleet trim?" Are you referring to the tires/hubcaps? |

I think what he is referring this to the plastic mold between headlight/grille assembly and the bumper. I think it goes same here on the rear assembly with between the taillight assembly and the bumper. Since the paint peels easily on the plastic moulding so they use whatever the color it molded and fitted into the fleet. Does this make sense? |
