I do not know why it is like that on the site, but lots of Alfa have "Alfa" in their model name. If you go to Alfa-Romeo website, they put "Alfa" in front of the numbers. But it is not written on the car (as seen above). So I do not know what we should use... |

Ok, I see. I would favour for the 'Alfa Romeo 33' without the extra Alfa in it. I think people often use 'Alfa 33' in speach because it shorter. But like you I do not know what the official name is.... |

Alfa Romeo - manufacturer 33 - model Alfa Romeo 33 is correct I believe. 'Alfa Romeo' is very often abreviated to 'Alfa' so Alfa 33, Alfa 155, Alfa 147 is very often used but never Alfa Romeo Alfa 33. |

Typical...for Italians. .gif ";)") I've got to agree all the documentation I've got (I own an Alfa) is along the lines of "At the top of the Alfa Romeo range is the Alfa 166....." Price lists are identified.. Alfa 147, Alfa 159, Alfa GT and so on. But the 'branding' is all 'Alfa Romeo'. But I still think its wrong to say Alfa Romeo Alfa 33, its either Alfa Romeo 33 or Alfa 33.
