Consul/Granada I think? 1976+ plate, but probably not original. |

Granada, the Consul doesn't have this much trim. 1975+ for the grille with the script rather than hood letters. Alternatively, it may be a 73/74 Ford Consul GT with grille and front bumper replaced, as the rear bumper seems to be that of a Consul. On the other hand, the taillights are unusually wide (and the licence plate is usually mounted at the bumper), hinting at the fact that the car may have undergone a rebuild at the back rather than the front, following a collision. |

Probably more than one were used as the rear plate moves from the bumper to among the taillights during the chase. Also, maybe in the 4th thumb I think the car has white indicators (if not broken due to the crash), whereas for most of the scene it has amber ones, meaning an older one could have been used for a couple of shots |
