Grille and general shape indicates American-built Ford Vanette, although one user has claimed that the more accurate name would be Ford P-500 Parcel Delivery.
Curbside Classic has an article that includes the models history and an original brochure.

Samuelson Film Services looks possible but nothing found from searching images of their vehicles.

Bedford or Commer based possibly similar to Hawson easy access body?

Ford P-500 Parcel Delivery van is similar but too many details are wrong for a complete match.

Cautious agreement - I don't know Vanettes at all, but looks right, and no other ideas. I wonder how/why it crossed the pond.
