 By the vertical taillights and the low placed orange indicators it is a 1956 model. It can be a 75 or a 90 (the 60 didn't have the badge on the side of the bonnet).

 Fender badge shape is very similar to this one: http://www.britishcarlinks.com/1959_Rover_P4_90.jpg
And I suppose 60 or 75 hasn't these badge (can't find any sample with badge).
Can we write 90?
