Don't know the car on the right, but the big black insect in front of it is a Tatra 603 :)

Could it be a Skoda Rapid Coupé?

I don't see a Skoda in there... Could it be by any chance something Japanese?

Tatra 613?

Failing that, the square wheel arch at the back and the general shape suggest a 1980s Mitsubishi.

1981 Mitsubishi Sapporo?
1981 Nissan 240SX Skyline?

6 years later guess it is ... [:kiki]

BTW looks more like a sedan than coupe, as 4 doors are visible

IMHO no Skoda either. For a moment I thought it could be some compact American car but now I guess it must be something Japanese indeed.

Tried to get a clearer shot - looks like a sedan.

tried to bring some sunshine on it but results aren't really conclusive... :/

I think Weasel's right indeed. These "exposed" wheel arches fit; and the rear probably indicates the 1983 facelift. I never thought about this possibility.
