It's the "Bluebird" of Donald Campbell, no ? Another "bluebird" is a boat, from same owner. But unfortunatly, he die on 1964 (?) if I remember. |

It was built in 1960 and driven by Donald Campbell, named Bluebird CN7. He reached a new world land speed record of 403.10 mph (648.783 kph) in this car on July 17, 1964. It is powered by a Bristol-Siddeley Proteus gas turbine engine. Campbell was killed on January 4, 1967, when his boat lifted out of the water and somersaulted after exceeding a speed of over 300 mph. |
