Plates could be fake. First E12 518 rolled out lines in May 1974. |

The plate is fake for another motivation. NA A1.... should have used the old shape plate eliminated early 1976, because it is of very late 1975. BMW of this series for the Italian market used different rear bumper in order to accomodate our old vertical plates. so this car is apparently a foreign registered car, later imported to Italy...
