Is the sign above the windscreen on a roller blind (like the destination blind on a bus)? On the linked photos, it reads ACCIDENT on one line and AMBULANCE on the next. |

It looks like it does have a bus-type roller blind. It explains how the 'AMBULANCE' sign on its own is at the top but drops to the bottom position when the 'ACCIDENT' sign is used also. The alternative, stationary illuminated sign would not allow that (and would not work as well in day light). |
