After Looking at this picture again, This Truck is a Peterbilt 358 There is an outboard step on the fender and appears to be a break in the stepboard skirt (lower cab panel). 351 would have an inboard step (in the notch/corner of the fender to the skirt) and the stepboard skirt would be part of the fender skirt. (358 was a tilt hood version of a 351 - you could purchase a tilt hood conversion for a 351 from Peterbilt back in the day - so some trucks that are titled as 351 might have the look of a 358 - confusing isn't it!)
