130rapid ◊ 2013-09-13 15:30	First few hundred delivered to Polish police in spring 1993. Assembled in Hannover yet, however fitted with basic police equipment by Antoninek FSR factory.
130rapid ◊ 2013-09-13 15:57	My further investigation discovered two large T4s delivers, in 1993 and 1997. Much smaller number of cars in 1994 also. Mostly with petrol engines. Also first Passats & Ventos came in 1993. Daewoo Lanos in 1999.

Well not exactly since 1989, but see here for example: Link to "www.czerwonesamochody.com" But the color can be a clue... Then if 1991 cars were light blue, the the dark ones have to be later I guess. I think we can risk and make the darker ones 1993 acc. to your info... According to the book of the M.
