It's a Hudson. Either a 1950 Custom Commodore, 1951 Commodore Custom or 1951 Super-Six Custom. I can't tell if the side trim extends all the way to the front wheel arch (1950 vs. 1951) and not sure if it has ornaments on top of the fenders or full wheel disc covers or just hubcaps (Commodore vs. Super-Six for 1951). |

Why not a 1950 Super as a possibility, too? A bit closer rear shot showing whether or not this car has a 2-piece rear window and what style trunk ornamentation it has could tie it down precisely. Will list as 1950 as first possible year. -- Last edit: 2014-10-02 18:09:05 |

1950 Super doesn't have the side trim: Link to "oldcarbrochures.org" |

Interesting. Wonder if that could be a pre-production release. All the 1950 Super images on Google show it does have the lower side trim like the Commodore. (Only the Pacemaker did not.) |

That's strange (and a bit embarrassing on my part) put you are right of course. |

Commodore per the large taillamps and broad decklid trim. |
