Yes without more details probably a 14/40 4-seat tourer. |

1697cc is an odd size. The 14/40 was 2120cc and the only other smaller model in that era was the 12/30 which was 1598cc but only 95 were built - http://www.sunbeam.org.au/?page_id=575 |
