Damn right it is. Its a second generation (1988-1991) Tempo sedan, unsure of exact model or year. |

Definitely newer that '88; it has shoulder belts in the rear; the 'bumps' in the rear deck house the seat belt tensioners. I think '90 or '91 was the introduction of shoulder belts in the rear seat. |
