Either a 1935 Auburn 851 or a 1936 852 Speedster. They are practically undistinguisable. At least, this one is surely no replica... Headlamps are non-stock. Such headlamps were often fitted by importers or dealers. If that was because of legislation or the European tastes - I don't know.
