dsl ◊ 2018-10-28 15:19	I think there's a lot of sightings of this thing with various plates, but originally GS 6342 (1936 Perthshire) as explained here, including a batch using the rogue plate FGU 616. So if The Wise Experts Who Are Better With These Ancient Things Than Me agree, we could bring them all together as 1936.

Sunbar ◊ 2018-10-29 12:31	^ Actually 'the new appearance Bedford Models' were introduced on 30-cwt and 2-ton in November 1935 for 1936 according to the CM Archive, so 1936 wins on both criteria. edit: The new appearance was first used on the completely new 3-ton semi-forward control 1934 Bedford WTH and WTL models introduced at the 1933 Commercial Motor Show.
