I know it is a bit difficult to imagine from the thumbnails, but it is a road-train - typical for Australia - trailer truck with three trailers in the row. |

Yeah, but it's moving to fast at night for me to see. |

I saw a crease beneath the headlights that gave me some doubts(no not the big Roo bar), but the rest of the cab did make me think it was a Mack. |

Yes people, it is a Superliner, fitted with a 500hp V8 |

You'd think a truck driver in the Northern Territory would have the courtesy to slow down when going past a pub??? Obviously he was from Queensland |

I think it is Australian Superliner. |

I mean that origin of this one should be listed as AU. Or at least made for AU. |

Made for or even made in AUS? /vehicle_233609-Mack-Superliner.html |

Well, I know that they have factories in Australia and separate model lineup. Just like Kenworth. |

Hi, I drive a truck in qld australia and was on a property near emerald delivering some drought feed,I was talking to the cocky {property owner } and he told me that the white road boss in the paddock was the truck out of crocidile dundee, it is hard to tell in the movie sho,t however if you look at the top of the bonnet I can't see the bulldog, anyway food for thought |

The front of the fender doesn't look slanted enough to be a Mack Superliner, does it? |

The truck is a Western Star with a 400hp 3406B Cat engine and belonged to Hudson’s Transport in Cloncurry, Queensland. The reason it went past the pub so fast is because that’s what the director asked the driver to do. The truck was owned by my brother, Lionel (Charlie) Hudson, but he wasn’t the driver. |

he is right look at headlights position Western star one is higher placed like main one and seems to be the round wheel overs of WS Mack Western Star -- Last edit: 2023-12-16 12:05:16 |
