Why Austin and not Morris ? If I remember well for export both were available depending on the market.
Was Belgium an Austin market ?
In Italy only two were imported. Austin 1300 GT and Morris 1300 Traveller.

Mk3 saloons were Austin only. Mk3 Morris saloons were dropped because the Marina replaced them, although there were a few Mk3 Morris 1300 Travellers as there was a gap before Marina estate arrived.

Yes, you are right but this is valid for UK and Eire. For some foreign markets the mk III Morris saloon versions existed. I am almost sure I have read this more than once in more than one script. As you are an expert, I have the doubt these information are wrong. Are you sure they didn't exist for export ?

I've read this claim in a couple of sources many years ago, and have probably quoted it on these pages a few times. But I've never seen any reference or list for which markets they were used for with UK (or Senneffe) built cars - the only destination I know of was DK where Morris was always the dominant BMC brand since their 1950s Minor builds and Austin never really worked - we have this lonely example. Some overseas builds eg NZ seem to have continued to use Morris for local marketing reasons, but otherwise I think Morris Mk3 saloons were incredibly rare and specifically targetted, not an either/or choice you could make in foreign showrooms.
